The Board of Commissioners of New Haven’s Port Authority is comprised of seven non-voting members. Members are appointed by the Mayor and must be approved by the Board of Alders. Term of membership is three years.

The board provides advice from the perspective of landowners and commercial port operators.

The Regular Meeting of the New Haven Port Authority will be held remotely. A Public notice of this meeting & agenda will be posted on City website and in the New Haven Clerk’s office not less than 48 hours before conducting the agency’s meeting.
