The current housing market had made it difficult for many individuals trying to find affordable housing. As a result The City of New Haven has created the BMR Registry to combat that issue.

Below Market units are restricted as affordable based on income relative to a specific location. These units are economically sustainable for individuals whose income is at or below HUD determined 80% AMI(Area Median Income).

The BMR Registry is a tool intended to assist the general public in locating affordable units throughout New Haven only. The interactive map below allows individuals to navigate across the city and access property details in order to contact the property owners/managers and request unit availability.
