Please note: No Contractor can be on site unless they have had a Pre-award meeting.

 

12 ½-26 (c): No contract over fifty thousand ($50,000.00) may be finally awarded until the contract compliance director, or a representative of the CEO has had reasonable time to review submissions Equal employment Opportunities Package (EEO) from the contractor, vendor, and convene a pre-award conference.

Contracts under $50,000.00 must contact the Commission on Equal Opportunities for further instruction before starting work on site.
