Fingerprinting Information

Government Issued I.D. Required. The fee is $30, paid via Cash, Money Order, Bank Check or Business Check. Checks must be made out to "BIS".

Credit Cards or Personal Checks are NOT accepted.

Fingerprinting is held:

Mondays and Fridays from 10:00AM – 2:00PM, and the
First Saturday of each month from 9:00AM – 1:00PM.
