The Contract Compliance is a division of the Finance Department which monitors, calculates, issues invoices and maintain files for PILOT Agreements; monitors submitted Tax Abatement and Tax Deferral Agreements; maintains files for Voluntary Payment Agreements, such as Yale and Yale New Haven Hospital;  review submitted RFA(s) for compliance with ordinance, charter, grant guidelines, federal regulations, and state statutes.
