Mayor Justin Elicker invites citizens to comment on the Draft FY 2022-23 Annual Action Plan.

Comments should be emailed to conplanapp@newhavenct.gov or mailed to City of New Haven, Office of Management and Budget, 165 Church Street, New Haven CT 06510 and will be accepted until 5:00 pm Monday May 23, 2022.

All comments will be reviewed and taken into consideration for inclusion in the final plan for submission to HUD.

Previous Annual Action Plans, and Five-Year Consolidated Plans are available for review in the Office of Management & Budget by appointment.
