BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that New Haven commits to designate 0.1% of its annual budget to accelerate greenhouse gas emissions reduction in the New Havaen community and hire staff for the Climate Task Force, and to coordinate Climate Framework implementation, clean energy/energy efficiency jobs creation, and alternative transportation expansion, or other appropriate projects.
