The Cable TV Advisory Council is composed of seven members. Term for council membership is two years.
The council operates under the regulations of the CT Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA), advise both Comcast Cablevision of New Haven and PURA on issues pertinent to cable services in the franchise area (New Haven, Hamden, West Haven).
