Due to the parade, there will be several street closures and parking restrictions in the downtown area.  

Residents and visitors traveling downtown or near the parade route – which is along Chapel Street, Church Street and Elm Street – should provide extra time for their commute and expect traffic delays and congestion.

Residents living on or around the parade route area should pay careful attention to the posted No Parking signs.
