Walk-in Vaccinations:

Updated COVID-19 vaccine and flu shots for ages 3+

  • Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-4:30pm
  • Friday: 12:00pm-4:30pm (last patient will be seen at 4:00pm)
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Walk-In STI Testing and Treatment:

No parent/guardian permission needed for STI testing, diagnosis, and treatment for ages 13+

  • Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-4:00pm
  • Friday-Sunday: Closed

Childhood Immunizations:

Routine childhood immunizations for ages 3+

Parents/guardians of children under age 18, if you cannot be at your child’s immunization appointment, please complete and sign the following permission form: English | Español

  • APPOINTMENTS on Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-4:30pm

Do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments are needed for school physicals, childhood immunizations, and tuberculosis testing. All other services are walk-in.

How much do services cost?
There is a $20 fee for clinical services. However, no one is turned away for inability to pay.

Do I need insurance to access services?
We do accept insurance, but it is not required to access services. Bring your insurance card and photo ID if you have them.

Do I need to be present for my child’s appointment?
A parent or guardian must give permission for school physicals and immunizations if the patient is under 17 years of age. If a parent can not be present, a signed permission form must be provided.

Is there bilingual staff available?
Yes, we can arrange for English/Spanish interpreters to be available. Phone interpretation services are available for all other languages.
