Comprehensive Plan Call for Interest

New Haven is creating its comprehensive plan for the years 2025-2035. Before work on the plan starts, the City Plan Department is putting out an open call for interested parties to get on board! Please fill out the form in this link to help us get you involved.
Respondents will receive an invitation to the next interest meeting.

The Comprehensive Plan is a blueprint of the city's vision for the future, and a policy guide for achieving planning goals. It serves as a decision-making guide for residents, community leaders, and government officials in matters relating to land use, housing, transportation, sustainability, economic development, neighborhood planning, public investments, and capital improvement programs. September 2022 marks the start of the Definition Phase of the Plan, which includes establishing values and principles, creating an engagement framework, and making sure the right team is on board to accomplish the goals of the Plan over the next two years.
